Raise the red flag so the mailman knows.

Today I got a letter. It isn't so much as a letter but a statement from the bank informing me of the activities in my accounts. I already know the whereabouts of my money and who I willingly give and take money from. Like every other statement it only reveals the same implications of me simply scraping by every month.

Everything else I found in our mail box is junk mail with ads promising me better sleep by buying their mattresses or a coupon that would save me a dollar to be another burger closer to a heart attack. In this stack of rubbish however I did find another letter directed to the former tenants who used to live in this house. We've been receiving their mail for the past 2 months now(this reminds me, rent is due on Saturday. Check.), I wonder why these people haven't been informed of their friends new living situation. Something tells me that I should let them know by writing back to them, Im sure they're waiting for a response.

When we were children we have always been told "It is better to give than receive" and how we should not expect anything back. Quite frankly I think situations like this should be exempt. Whenever I write letters I always look forward for a response, like a potential widow with a husband at war.

Writing letters is a dying act of friendship and writing back is practically flat-lining.

Pleased to meet you.

I am a man enjoying my youth and reveling in my terrible taste in all I find pleasurable.
